Public and Safety

 

“So Pilates Sydney” instructors are highly trained to give you a challenging, safe Pilates workout in a group, a semi-private or a private environment. If you refuse to accept their instruction in such a way that they become concerned about your safety or the safety of other class participants, you may be asked to leave the class. Be aware when you are late more than 5 minute for a class, you will not be able to be trained. All members need to prepare their own Pilates gears and socks to keep the equipment clean and hygienic for you and other clients.

A minimum of 2 people is required for a group class to proceed. Trainers and classes are subject to change without notice. So Pilates Sydney reserves the right to cancel or change classes if necessary.

If you are over 55, under 15years old or have any significant history of health or physical issues that may be relevant to undertaking strenuous exercise, you should seriously consider getting advice from your GP or specialist before undertaking a class with us. This process imposes no obligation on So Pilates Sydney in relation to your health that remains your sole responsibility.

 

Joining Fee

Joining fee will be charged when Clients join us at first. Re-Joining fee will not be charged when Clients register the membership within 3 month from Termination.

 

Cancellations and rescheduling

The classes have to be made at least 12 hours prior to your class beginning. The class cannot be cancelled or rescheduled 12hours before commencing the class with any reason.

So Unlimited Membership charges $10 if you don’t show or lately cancel your class as late cancellation fee.

The amount money will be debited from client account according to the terms and conditions of agreement with So Pilates, terms and conditions of Stripe.

 

So Membership

So Pilates Membership is 4 sessions fortnightly. The membership fee will be automatically charged to your credit card by Stripe, fortnightly until termination of agreement. All members get huge discount per class. Membership payment must be paid before or at the time of booking classes online or offline. It cannot be shared with more than one person and it is for individual use only. Bookings are only available from www.sopilates.com.au or App: So Pilates. The class cannot be booked after the expiry date.

All of our membership or packages are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals. No refunds will be given for any unused portion.

 

Payments must be made upon booking. The membership must not be suspended or terminated if the membership has outstanding payment. If the payment is in default, you will be charge a default fee of $5.8 per week. 

Unlimited Coupon Package charges $10 if you don’t show or lately cancell your class as late cancellation fee.

 

So Coupon 10, 20 or 30 Packages

So Coupon package cannot be refunded after purchasing. The coupon package will be expired within 12 weeks  for 10 coupon package, 24 weeks for 20 coupon package, and 36 weeks for 30 coupon package. The early cancellation can be done without charging 12 hours before commencing the class. Bookings are only available from website : www.sopilates.com.au or App: So Pilates.

Intro Package

Intro package is only for new clients who never been to So Pilates Sydney. The package expires within a week per 2 class or sessions after clients purchase.

Membership Termination

Membership can be terminated at any time by at least 30 days notice. Termination must be requested to submit the termination form on the website before 30 days from you require

The membership cannot be terminated while it is on suspension. The membership is only available to terminated or suspended on ‘active’ membership status.

 

 

Membership Suspension

Coupon package cannot be extended or suspended unless you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate.

Memberships can be paused at any time with 7 days written notice, the membership can be paused one time in every 3 months for a maximum total of 4 weeks. The suspension of Membership request form must be completed via e-mail or reception. The suspension will be confirmed via email within 7 days. The unused session cannot be refunded. Admin fee $10 will be applied.

I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against So Pilates Sydney or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I agree that So Pilates Sydney is in no way responsible for the safe keeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. So Pilates Sydney does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal properties. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to staff of So Pilates.

By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
